Andaz Macau

Everything here is perfect. The service, the gifts for guests. The toiletries. The mini-bar water.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

Andaz Hotel exceeded all expectations with its service. Every receptionist was smiling and treated each guest politely. I was assigned a room on the 19th floor, which offered breathtaking views. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, scoring full marks, and the comfort was outstanding, far exceeding what I anticipated. They also provided an incredibly rich breakfast with a wide variety of food options. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Extremely satisfied, the kids had a blast! The hotel was so thoughtful and attentive, which made the children super happy. The only minor inconvenience was the bit of a walk to Galaxy Macau, but everything else was perfect. The kids were truly overjoyed!

The hygiene was good, and the service was attentive. I moved to Andaz Macau after staying at Galaxy Hotel for two days. The only slight difference is that getting to Grand Resort Deck requires a bit of a walk, going to the opposite JW Marriott and then from JW Marriott. It's quite different from directly going down from Galaxy Hotel. From Galaxy, you can directly reach the lazy river, but if you want to go to the wave pool, you'll need to walk a bit further. The mini-bar was well-stocked with beer, cocktails, and wine, and they even sent another bottle of wine later. Another point is that the arranged rooms, 832 and 809 in the West Wing, were two suites with no view, and on top of that, there was construction outside.

The room was quite satisfactory, and my child loved it. However, getting to the kids' club and swimming pool was inconvenient. We had to take the shuttle bus back and forth every time, and then walk through the Crystal Lobby. It took at least 20 minutes for the journey.

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. Seeing that we were a couple, they arranged a top-floor room with a great view, which really enhanced our entire experience. Everything in the room was brand new. I particularly liked the color scheme; the marble paired with dark green leather gave it a touch of light luxury. The room also included tickets to the Grand Resort Deck, which was a fantastic addition to our itinerary.

The room was clean, and everything at this new hotel was excellent. The service was also top-notch. Hotels in Macau, especially Andaz Macau, are truly in a league of their own – there's really nothing to complain about. The Grand Resort Deck was fantastic too; the kids absolutely loved it.
