The location is superb as it is linked to Mid Valley Megamall. Room services are also easily accessible through phone call or online chatbox. Would definitely revisit in future.

Standard room was not spacious but it was big enough for a comfortable stay. Location wise it was literally beside Mid Valley Megamall KL and The Gardens Mall, which made shopping easily accessible. Bathroom water pressure was high and hot water was consistently supplied. Breakfast at the recently renovated Citi Cafe was enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location with a large shopping mall right downstairs, making everything very convenient. The room is straightforward and well-suited for business travelers. However, there was an annoying noise coming from the air conditioner during my stay.

The location was great, right next to Mid Valley Mall with direct access, so there were plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The room was clean and compact, with everything you would need for a short stay. The shower water pressure was really good too, and having a ceiling fan in the room was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. It would be even better if the hotel offered a few more amenities or facilities, but in terms of convenience, the location is hard to beat. I would definitely return for another short stay.
