Mixed Experience – Good Recovery, but Slow and Inconsistent Service
Our stay at this Wyndham hotel was mixed. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing after a long journey. We also had issues with the room air-conditioning and several other service-related problems. In addition, overall service was very slow — requests made to the room often took a long time to be delivered, which affected our comfort during the stay.
On the positive side, after several attempts to resolve the issues, the hotel upgraded us to a higher-floor room with an Eiffel Tower view, which we appreciated. We were also provided complimentary food vouchers for the duration of our stay, which helped compensate for some of the inconvenience.
I would like to personally thank Alexis, Damla, and Frank for their professionalism and genuine efforts to assist us and help resolve the situation.
While the recovery actions were appreciated, the initial service issues and slow response times significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in service consistency and responsiveness, this hotel has strong potential.
