The room was quite spacious, the hotel restaurant was good, and the lobby was also large. The rooftop view was great, offering views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur, but the bathroom door was broken and wasn't installed.

It's simple, the evening team is exceptional! Thank you to them for their attentiveness and professionalism. The rooms are beautiful and the view of the Eiffel Tower is magical! I wouldn't hesitate! This is already my second trip.

Although it's a bit far from the city center of Paris, the hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 13, which offers direct access to downtown. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in. The room was generally good with decent amenities. My only disappointment was that my room didn't have a view of the Eiffel Tower; I could only see nearby buildings from the window. However, the hotel's bar on the 40th floor offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I had a good stay.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are quiet. Depending on your luck, you might get a bigger or smaller room with a more or less interesting view.

Nothing to complain about, except that a bit more thorough cleaning would be welcome. Otherwise, the room was clean enough, and the hotel itself was also fine. I'll be back!

A bit out of the way, but very well connected: SNCF, metro station, and express bus to the airport are all within walking distance. The decor is modern industrial style.

They really need to overhaul their entire staff, who show no customer service skills or guest experience whatsoever. It's truly sad to witness and experience. Many guests lose patience at the front desk because everything is tedious and slow, even for simple requests or actions. No one seems trained to a 4-star standard. They all appear overwhelmed, lack the proper infrastructure, and no one answers the reception phone, even when people are potentially in danger in the hallway, yelling at each other. They desperately need stronger management, more intensive training, and a better understanding of what's at stake. Also, they should clearly state everywhere that slippers are only 'available' in certain rooms, and the same goes for mini-fridges. The receptionist also dismissively told me the hotel was full, even though rooms were still available for booking at that time, and no solution was offered. I hope they find a way to resolve these issues.
