Homewood Suites by Hilton Augusta, ME

The hotel has an impressive lobby and public spaces which could easily accommodate a bar/lounge/café. They would greatly enhance guest experience. We enjoyed the outdoor fire-pit and seating, but our swimmer found the pool busy, and water temperature too cool. Two in our group arrived on Wednesday, weary from a long drive. Luckily it was social night with complimentary bbq chicken and other small bites, and wine and beer. If only this was offered all week, The rooms are great. Space is well planned to include a full kitchen, dining table, sofa and coffee tables, comfortable beds and ample bathroom space. The breakfast staff and offerings were very good, as were the other hotel staff. One in our group found the shower's hot water lacking. But it was back later in the day after many guests had checked out. I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Augusta, Maine.

Property was nice. Ran out of hot water every morning and mattress was too firm for me and not comfortable. But was clean and made use of gym and breakfast was good.

I did not like the ******* website, and yes - some of it was my fault. But two seconds after I hit the button I realized that I had missed something and since it was non-refundable it was SOOL! The least (the very least) they could have done was let the hotel know that the room was not going to be used and they could have re-used it.

A very wonderful experience! Will stay here again when in the area. Breakfast was A+. Pool area though under renovation was also clean the gym absolutely perfect (could use more attachments for cable machine 😝). Room was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite and eager to help 10 out of 10 would recommend.

rooms clean and uo to date only negative we noticed only sheet over mattress. no mattress cover. yuk should be addressed asap

Great decor and interiors. The suite was very large and comfortable. The beds are ok. Breakfast was good. Pool was not open the two days we were there. The area is great, close to many thibgs and the highway. Which means it’s a bit loud.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property, and the amenities were fantastic.

Everything was great. Only negative was the shower was not that warm it was borderline cold.
