The St. Regis Shenzhen

1. The service is terrible, nowhere near as good as Atour hotels! I called for a charging cable and it didn't arrive for an hour. I had to call a second time, and the person who delivered it was very impatient. 2. There was dirt on the bed, some black foreign matter. 3. The bathtub and faucet were moldy, and the room had an unpleasant smell. 4. The carpet smelled musty and felt unclean when I walked on it.

The hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning, making it well worth a visit. Kiki, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back!

The tallest hotel in Shenzhen, the hotel environment and service are excellent, and the price is relatively reasonable. It's very convenient for getting around, with a subway station and a shopping mall nearby, connected to MixC. Very comfortable.

I've been to Shenzhen for business many times, but this was my first stay at The St. Regis. The views, of course, are incredible from the higher floors. I really loved the room's environment and layout. Even though it's an older hotel, the room I stayed in seemed to have been renovated, and everything was quite smart except for the toilet. No matter where I was in the hotel, every staff member I encountered was incredibly polite, enthusiastic, and greeted me warmly; their energy was great. Especially the front desk staff named William – he even stood up to bid me farewell after I checked out, which was very nice. I hope I can book a similar room type next time! 🤗
