The St. Regis Shenzhen

The hotel's high-rise view is stunning, and you can even see Hong Kong directly. The room service includes a butler, which is very convenient, and they also provide free sleep spray. Alice's service was excellent, highly recommended! 👍

This was my first stay at a St. Regis, and overall I was very happy and comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to check in, I experienced a signature St. Regis feature: butler service. The staff at the front desk were very patient during check-in. The room itself was very comfortable with great views, and staying at the St. Regis saved me a lot of hassle.

I stayed one night in the city for Liu Yuxin's concert. There were two staff members at the front desk even late at night, and they processed everything quickly. Every time I encountered staff at the elevator entrance, they helped with entry and exit. The staff on the first floor also actively assisted me with sending a package and contacting the logistics company.

I bought a room voucher on Trip.com in advance, and it was excellent value for money. The duplex room offered a great view. The hotel breakfast was the best we had during our 17-day summer trip, both in terms of the restaurant's ambiance and the quality of the food.

Our butler, Cora Lucia, provided timely service. Lily, Savannah, and Micky at the front desk were also great. We'll definitely be back!
