The St. Regis Shenzhen

Aside from its location and the view from the high-rise window, there's absolutely nothing good about this place. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no dedicated parking. They said the garage had a height limit of 2.1 meters, but once you get down there, the empty spots have an additional height limit of 1.7 meters, which no one bothered to tell us. I drove a car almost 2 meters tall, spent ages looking for a spot, and no one was there to guide me. I don't know what kind of event was going on in the lobby, but when I checked in at night, it was pitch black, and no one guided me. I finally found the front desk to check in, but the noise behind me was so loud I couldn't hear what the receptionist was saying. It's normal for an old hotel to have outdated facilities, but is it too much to ask for clean linens??? There was also a musty smell, and the air purifier's filter clearly hadn't been changed. I had to call separately to have someone come up and replace it. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The duty manager handled issues promptly and appropriately. The concierge was very diligent.

The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! This hotel is a landmark in Shenzhen, and its lobby on the 96th floor offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. The nightly 'evening ritual' was a lovely touch, complete with champagne. The butler service was exceptionally professional; special thanks to Faust Hong, Sherry Jay, Kevin, Maren, and Jack. In fact, every single staff member was incredibly helpful, and their English was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen. It truly deserves a five-star rating!

Last night was my first stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen, specifically to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, hence the 4.9-star rating. Upon reaching the lobby on the 96th floor, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking view of the Shenzhen cityscape. You could even see Sheung Shui, Hong Kong, in the distance – the view was truly superb. A special thank you to the hotel for knowing it was a birthday celebration; they prepared some decorations and a birthday cake. While not overly extravagant, it was a thoughtful gesture that added surprise and a sense of occasion to the birthday. The room itself was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Given the location, the view, and the service, the price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The only minor regret this time was not being able to try the hotel's buffet, which is why I'm holding back 0.1 points. I'll definitely try it next time if I have the chance. Finally, a big thank you to all the hotel staff; from check-in to check-out, they were all warm, professional, and attentive – truly top-notch service. I will definitely be back!

Although the hotel has been open for some time, both the hardware and software facilities are very well maintained. Every staff member is friendly, especially Alice Chen, who provided attentive and thoughtful service. The high-altitude view is unbeatable. I also got to participate in the St. Regis' unique sabrage ceremony. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade and birthday decorations.

The views are amazing, and the service is incredibly attentive. Breakfast was pretty good, and the scenery is top-notch. The room's basic facilities were all there, nothing to complain about. The rooftop bar is also very unique.

If you have the chance, definitely bring your elders here to experience a luxurious stay. From over 400 meters high, you can look down at the vibrant Shenzhen... It's like a dream, a prosperous China, let's work hard together!

Overlooking the bustling cityscape of Shenzhen, The St. Regis Shenzhen boasts a unique and elegant decor. The exquisite butler service allowed me to completely relax in the heart of the city. Some of the receptionists were particularly enthusiastic, accommodating my requests for a room change and an upgrade. Kimi, our butler, was incredibly attentive and even specially arranged for us to receive the hotel's adorable mascot bear as a gift. It was a delightful touch!

The day and night views are equally stunning, and the facilities are luxurious and modern, truly embodying the grandeur of a five-star hotel. The butler service was impeccable, and Sherry was incredibly thoughtful, even providing us with a souvenir. A truly pleasant experience.
