Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa

We paid and booked a month before the trip for the all inclusive package with alcohol, when we got on the island we were told we had the full board, then they tried to argue with us about our booking for 3 hours; we waited for our room until 3pm, later on the manager called us to the room that confirmed our all inclusive package, last day ; our flight to dubai leaves at 6:30pm, we were told the night before 2:30pm is the seaplane departure, however on the day of departure, we were forced to leave the room and got on the seaplane at 12:45pm without lunch and water. O hotel sent us departure letter twice, then changed for the third time for seaplane, they told us it’s bad weather in Male airport, we got in the airport till our flight there is not even a single drop of rain, we paid 125 dollars to wait in the lounge for airport check in to open, Will never come back again We got treated differently 不愉快的入住体验 明明携程确认函是包含酒水，到酒店前台经理说是携程弄错了要我们自己联系携程非常不负责任 最后一天欺骗我们说马累机场下暴雨必须要提前飞水飞，我们的航班6:30晚上起飞他们把我们安排到中午12:45 ， 没有午餐，到了马累机场我们付了125美元去休息室等待航班值机开始，再也不会去这个酒店了，整个管理层格局太小

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Kagi Resort and Spa! From start to finish, the team’s expertise and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The room was beautifully designed, the food was exceptional, and the variety of activities offered kept us entertained throughout. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking views, making every moment feel like a postcard come to life. A special mention to our butler, Aman, whose attentiveness and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable—he truly went above and beyond to assist us. Chef Mikael and his talented culinary team served dishes that were nothing short of amazing, leaving us eagerly anticipating every meal. General Manager Areef deserves praise for leading such an outstanding team, ensuring every guest experiences the best Kagi has to offer. The spa team also created an extraordinary experience that was unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere. From relaxing yoga sessions and soothing sound healing to world-class spa treatments, every moment at the spa felt like pure bliss. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out and made this a highlight of our stay. The PADI team also deserves a shoutout for creating unforgettable snorkeling and water sports experiences, all while being a team of just four dedicated professionals! Their passion and expertise truly shine. We can’t wait to return to Kagi Resort and Spa—it was a dream holiday, and we’re already counting down the days until our next visit!
