Front deck staff was super helpful. She is full of passion introducing all the facilities and the history of the buildings. Her hospitality was definitely the highlight of our stay!

A truly awful experience. 1) The room was generally unclean, and the bathroom and toilet had a very strong, foul sewage smell. 2) The location is just okay; it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main attractions, and there are better options available at this price point. 3) No kettle provided, and the room was small. 4) The elevator broke down during the rain, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs ourselves.
