This is the third hotel I stayed in Bentonville and it is the best one. Every service staff is very friendly, whether it is the front desk or the restaurant. The hotel facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and it is a very comfortable stay.

Girls concert trip My mom set up this room for my friends and I. We were going to a concert. Because we are young, 20 and 21, many hotels dont like accomodating us because they think, well that we are young and irresponsible. We were treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.

I Stayed 5 days and 4 nights and Even Though After Several Attempts to Talk with Management the Air Conditioning in My Room Did Not Work the Whole Time i Was There Except for the Very Last Night . Every Time I Went to the Desk to Request it Be Fixed i Was Merely Told We Are Trying to Get it Fixed . It Was Near 80 degrees in My Room my Entire Stay . It Was Cooler in the Hall Way Than it was in My Room , Its Ridiculous to Pay this kind of Money to Stay in a Supposedly Decent Place and then You Can't Even get Decent Service to Fix Any Issues You May Have . But They Didn't Have Any Trouble Taking My Money. But They Definitely Wont Get Any More of it i Can Promise That ... I Am Highly Disappointed in My Choice to Stay at The Double Tree in Bentonville Arkansas . . .
