Clean room with comfortable beds.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. We have been traveling for over a week and don’t generally stay in an hotel that costs this much, but thought we would treat ourselves. Originally, I called the hotel’s direct reservation line to book a room. Agent told me there was only one room available and it would be $400. I had looked on ******* and saw the same room for $300. I told the agent that and she rudely said that on-line sites are not updated and proceeded to try to get me to book. I told her I would find a different hotel. Went to ******* and booked my room. Now for the real issues. Hot tub was not working which is one of the amenities we really wanted to use. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. Expensive hotels should have nice toilet paper. The lounge was very, very nice and the bartender was wonderful. The food was delicious, best part of the stay. I would not recommend paying the money for this “high end” motel, only to get low end service.

My family has stayed in this hotel every time we come to Helena. The staff are amazing. The location is great for food and shopping. The rooms are fairly large. And the amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry facilities) are better than most every other hotel I’ve stayed in across the nation.

The room had open saftey pin and plastic on the floor, the bed frame had toe nail clipping on it, I pulled back the sheet and found a glob of hair!! I took pictures of everything. One pillow case was questionable. In all my years, I've never more disappointed!!!The manager was complacent!!!

Front desk staff were very unfriendly. Conference amenities were nice, catering was very mediocre; the hotel layout, location, and amenities are less than impressive. Bar was nice, during the very limited open hours.

Check in person was very difficult to understand. Rooms were nothing special. Fire place was a nice touch.

The staff were very nice & helpful. We had a king size room & then a family member put the wrong date on her reservation, so the gal at the front desk moved us to a double room!! So wonderful!! The refrigerator didn’t work, but that was ok we used ice!

People were eating and having a birthday party in the pool area, even after a notice said no food or drinks in pool area, no exceptions.
