Of course, we loved everything, how could we not? Everything was beautiful, well-maintained, and delicious! The ocean was splendid! Since my main interest was the sea and its inhabitants, my review will focus more on that. The coral reef directly around the island isn't the most spectacular. However, there's an interesting spot, marked as number 37 on the map. There, a large coral formation attracts a multitude of fish. We even saw sharks and various rays there. An added bonus is that twice a day, they offer a free boat trip to a different coral reef, where there are more fish and more interesting corals. We even saw a sea turtle once. These trips aren't long, lasting about 1-1.5 hours. You can go every day, twice a day, just make sure to sign up in advance on the app. The food is incredibly abundant, with various types of meat and fish. There's also a selection of moldy cheeses. Every evening features a themed dinner, ranging from Mexican to Pan-Asian cuisine. We stayed in an Ocean Villa, and ideally, we should have dined at the nearest restaurant. However, it was undergoing major construction and was completely demolished, so we had to go to the main restaurant. It's convenient that free buggies circulate around the island. You can call reception from your room, and they'll pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. It's best to swim on the east side of the island, as the sea there is calm. The west side always had waves. Also, it's better to avoid swimming at the very northern and southern tips of the island, as the currents are strong there. In the rooms, personally, I missed disposable hygiene kits and slippers. But perhaps, this doesn't quite fit with their concept of "preserving nature from plastic." Even the water bottles they provide are reusable glass ones. During strong winds, the overwater villa can shake, and drafts can whistle through all the windows. To some, this might seem scary, making it feel like the villa will be swept into the sea. However, no villas have ever been lost to the wind. You just need to be prepared for it. We never got bored on the island. During the day, we snorkeled, and in the evenings, there were different entertainment options every day. The app has a daily schedule, and we experienced live music nights, karaoke, and evening discos. Besides that, there's also a game room with billiards. It's convenient that you don't need to carry money to pay for drinks at the bar; everything is charged to your room number, and you settle the bill upon check-out. I also want to mention that there are two Russian girls working at the reception, and we always turned to them with any questions. There were many Russian guests; from our observations, about 50% were Russian and 50% were from other nationalities. Of course, I recommend this hotel to everyone who, like us, is visiting the Maldives for the first time. I found everything I needed on this island.

Absolutely loved everything! The food was delicious; we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and didn't feel the need for anything else throughout the day. There was an abundance of drinking water in the room, and cleaning was done three times a day. Beach towels were changed daily. My vacation coincided with my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a bottle of champagne, fruit, and a cake, which was a lovely touch! ☺️ One day, we even found a fun towel crocodile waiting for us in our room. The map indicated a snorkeling spot, and that's where we found the most fish – it was incredibly beautiful. It was an unforgettable relaxation; we had an amazing time during our 7-day stay!

We vacationed in April 2026. This island is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets here are just stunning! 😍😍 I want to thank them for the excellent service: rooms are cleaned both in the morning and in the evening. While you're having breakfast, your room is immediately tidied up, and when you leave for dinner, there's another evening cleaning before bed. I was surprised by how many different languages the receptionists spoke. So, you won't have any issues with communication. 😅 The food here is top-notch; we never even had a chance to get hungry. There's exotic fruit, a different cuisine every day, and unique and delicious desserts. Our room was right on the beach: you just step out and run straight into the water for a swim. As for the downsides: I didn't like the open-air shower. It's a bit spooky going into the bathroom at night (lots of lizards and bats), they don't bother people, but it's still uncomfortable being there at night. 😅 In the morning, it's fine – the main thing is not to leave the bathroom door open so they don't get into the room itself. The beaches here are gorgeous, with sand like flour. Lots of fish swim right by the shore. You can spot stingrays at night near the overwater bungalows. For excursions, I recommend the yacht trip to see dolphins. There's an 80% chance you'll see them. It's $50 per person. We didn't regret it at all; we saw dolphins, and they were jumping and escorting our yacht. 😍 The most beautiful sunsets are right by the overwater bungalows or near the beach by the reception area. The round-trip transfer for two cost $420. This hotel also has an environmental tax (if I'm not mistaken) of $12 per night. You can call them to confirm the total amount you'll need to pay upon check-in (including transfer and taxes). The call is free from Trip.com, and ask for someone who speaks your language; they're sure to have someone available. 😅 I also managed to take some aerial photos of the island! 😅 Enjoy your vacation! 🥥🐚🤍

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the buffet might not suit a Chinese palate; after two days, you might start craving Chinese flavors. However, the environment is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It's definitely worth a visit.

It was great! A resort is a different kind of vacation! They feed you well... though you pay extra for additional goodies (alcohol)!

Lost a thousand dollars on this island. Everyone beware. There are very few Chinese people on this island, mostly Caucasians. Many of the service staff are unfriendly towards Chinese people. Plus, the food is terrible, it doesn't taste good. Please be careful and avoid this place. Our fanny pack was stored in the front desk office, and all the hundred and fifty dollar bills in my wallet were stolen.

This island offers great value for money, and the 'jellyfish sea' (referring to its crystal-clear waters) is fantastic. Since it's an older, well-established resort, the facilities are a bit dated. However, the service is excellent, breakfast is superb, and the spa is also wonderful. My favorite was the beach BBQ – so romantic and relaxing!
