Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

We expected more from the hotel, but our expectations didn't match the reality. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location, BUT! The rooms are a bit dated, especially the family room we were given. Worn-out and squeaky floors, a dirty sofa and table – even the cleaning service fell short here. We managed to arrange a swap at reception for two double rooms instead of the family room, which is commendable for the team, well done! In return, we gained access to the lounge on the 17th floor, where we could order breakfast from a menu, enjoy a mini buffet from 2 PM to 4 PM, and from 5 PM, drinks, including alcoholic ones, were provided. The minibar in the room was complimentary.

The location is super convenient, right next to Siam Paragon. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is absolutely delicious. They also provide a complimentary golf cart service for transfers to and from Siam BTS, Central World, Siam Paragon, and other spots, which is incredibly helpful. The hotel room itself is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is great! The room is spacious, very clean, and super convenient. There's a skywalk directly connecting to Siam Paragon downstairs. The spa is absolutely first-class, fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Bangkok.

An excellent hotel! It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. The service is great, and it's not far from the airport, making it perfect for a vacation.

Facilities: Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything reflects what you'd expect from a five-star property, and the gym is huge. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: It has a wonderful resort-like atmosphere, which is a rare find in the Siam district. The direct walkway to Paragon is just perfect. Service: The lounge service is excellent. Make sure to have breakfast at the lounge; the quality and selection are completely different and much better than the ground floor breakfast, with more à la carte options too.

I really like this hotel. The service is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and it's very clean. The breakfast is exquisite, offering both à la carte options and a buffet. The swimming pool isn't crowded, and the staff even brought welcome drinks and hot water.
