Overall, the stay was excellent, very unique, and the atmosphere was fantastic – perfect for a couples' getaway. The view from above the pool was great, though it was super crowded, so we didn't go for a swim, haha.

Pretty good! It's very close to Maxwell MRT station, which is super convenient. The front desk service was excellent, it was quiet, and the view was nice too. This trip to Singapore was a great experience.

i booked this hotel ad hoc due to the failure of my precious booking. it turned out It's out of my expectation. The location is super convenient. lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room is spacious and there is a rooftop pool opening till midnight!

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are nice and modern. However the evenings can be noisy when the outside bar is playing music until 2am and we struggled to sleep.

Great location, with Chinatown right nearby. Supermarkets, bars, and even Michelin-starred restaurants are all within walking distance. The MRT to Sentosa is also very close. This new hotel offers excellent value for money, plus it has a rooftop bar and an infinity pool.

Arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, waited half an hour in line to check in, only to be told I couldn't get the room key until 3 PM. Came back at 3:30 PM for the key, and had to wait another half an hour in line to check in again! Got to the room and saw the bed facing a mirror!!! I checked out immediately! Booked for two days but only stayed for less than half an hour! Not a single penny was refunded!!! What a rip-off!!! Everyone, avoid this place!!! Booked a room at the Ritz-Carlton right away! So infuriating!!!
