Floral Lux Hotel Guazhou Ancient Ferry Hotel

Walking along the tree-lined path after the rain, surrounded by gentle, healing greenery, I stepped into my room and was met with a warm and elegant ambiance. The wooden furnishings were serene and refined, the space simple yet grand, with a delicate quality evident everywhere. It was easy to relax and unwind, whether sitting or lounging. The hotel service was also excellent; they not only gave me a complimentary upgrade but also offered various other services. A truly wonderful hotel.

The environment is excellent, located within the Guazhou Gudu scenic area. The scenic area closes at night, allowing guests to enjoy the night views exclusively and in peace, with very few other visitors. The bathroom fixtures are all from reputable brands, though in our particular room, the showerhead consistently pointed to one side, which seems to be an installation issue. The squirrel-shaped fish dish in the restaurant wasn't quite up to standard, as its seasoning was neither sweet nor sour. However, the restaurant manager's service attitude was excellent, and they even brought us complimentary beer. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd be happy to return.

Facilities: The interior furnishings are high-end, with no signs of age or damage. Hygiene: Impeccable cleanliness, spotless and gleaming, truly reflecting high quality. Environment: Located within a park, the air is fresh and the surroundings are beautiful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Service: The front desk service was excellent, offering a free room upgrade. Since the layout within the park varies, the front desk staff also kindly escorted guests to their rooms. Additional comments: It would be great if some floor mats could be provided in the suites. The wooden loungers on the balcony are a bit hard.

The guest rooms are top-of-the-line, with high-end bedding and bathroom details such as Kohler/Hansgrohe showcasing understated luxury. The most stunning aspect is the warm hospitality; a dedicated butler is available 24/7, making you feel like you're staying with a close local friend. With its blend of scenic views, luxurious accommodations, and heartwarming atmosphere, Huazhu Luxury is a deeply comforting local cultural journey for both body and soul!

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it's situated within a park, so the environment is very nice. The hotel's decor and design are good, but the management and service fall short; cleanliness, attention to detail, and facility maintenance need improvement. The front desk service was quite good.

The room was clean and had a large terrace. The hotel is located within Guazhou Ancient Ferry Park, offering beautiful scenery and cherry blossoms. Highly recommended!
