Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza

The service was attentive and warm, and the pool was huge and absolutely stunning. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the fresh-squeezed juice was a big hit with the kids. We even signed up for a membership! On our way out, we grabbed some macarons from the lobby pastry shop. We'll definitely be back for another stay, eat, and play experience when we have the chance.

Overall, a very satisfying experience. Anya and Chris were great at arranging everything. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends. The executive lounge was fantastic; the dinner had delicious roasted beef brisket, and for breakfast, you could even ask the chef to make Eggs Benedict.

I had a short trip to Beijing, and this hotel was the biggest surprise! The entire experience, from booking to check-in, was excellent. The lobby is grand and upscale, and Anya and Amy were incredibly attentive. The hotel is easy to find, and parking is convenient. There's a mall right downstairs, making dining and shopping super easy. It's also within walking distance to Tiananmen Square, and right on Chang'an Avenue – truly a perfect location! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

Great location, right by Wangfujing, perfect for visiting the Forbidden City, which was our main reason for bringing the kids. We were upgraded to the Executive Lounge, and the kids loved the food. The room facilities were a bit old, but everything else was excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic! The housekeeping team thoughtfully replenished amenities every day, and Anya and Amy were incredibly welcoming!

This time, I came to Beijing for a trip before Chinese New Year and spent a long time on Trip.com choosing a hotel before settling on the Grand Hyatt. After staying for five days, I have to say, it was fantastic! First, the hotel is right downstairs from Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, with endless options for food and entertainment! Our room was upgraded to a newly renovated type, which was clean and comfortable. What impressed me most was the hotel's service, which truly lives up to five-star standards. Anya and Chris at the front desk were incredibly attentive, constantly asking if we needed anything. Then there was the cleaning lady, who was also very warm; as we left, she smiled and said, 'Welcome back next time you visit Beijing!' And the hotel's bellboy, who was very handsome, always helped me with my heavy luggage when getting in and out of the car and held the car door open. Every driver who picked me up raved about this service! This is what it feels like to truly feel at home! Next time I come to Beijing, I think I'll still choose this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the hot water is consistently good. The concierge service was fantastic, helping with our luggage, which we really appreciated 😊. The hotel elevators are also fast, and the housekeeping staff were all very polite.
