Finally checked into the Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza, and the stay was fantastic! The location truly can't be beaten, right next to Wangfujing, allowing you to walk to the pedestrian street. Tiananmen Square is also very close, making it perfect if you want to see the flag-raising ceremony. Getting around is super convenient. The hotel service was attentive and warm; every staff member was polite and responded quickly to any needs. Amy, in particular, paid great attention to detail. The room facilities were complete, the room was clean, the amenities were of good quality, and the resting environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is connected to Oriental Plaza, offering many dining and shopping options, which is very convenient when you return from exploring Wangfujing in the evening. Overall, the hotel's comprehensive strength is impressive. If you're visiting Beijing and want to explore the downtown attractions, this hotel is an excellent choice.

A very satisfying stay! Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza is located in the heart of Wangfujing, offering convenient transportation with direct access from Subway Exit F. It's also not far from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. I was particularly impressed by the service from Manager Amy at the hotel, and the staff, from the doormen to room service, were all professional and welcoming. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of amenities, making for a very relaxing sleep. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options with diverse choices, and the taste was excellent. The hotel environment is tranquil, a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, making travel and sightseeing very hassle-free. This will be my top choice when visiting Beijing again.
