Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Bao'an(World Exhibition & Convention Center)

Great hotel! The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, 👍. The hotel environment is lovely; opening the window reveals a stunning view of skyscrapers against a blue sky and white clouds. Every little detail, down to the potted plants and decorations, is meticulously cared for. Located right in the town center, shopping and dining are extremely convenient.

Overall, a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient with check-in and check-out, always ready to help with a caring attitude. The security team was attentive and responsible, ensuring well-managed access and a great sense of safety. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy with comfortable bedding, complete facilities, and no unpleasant odors. It was quiet and peaceful, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

The room is of a moderate size and feels a bit dated overall. It's quite a walk from the subway station, but cleanliness is acceptable. The breakfast area is spacious with a good variety of options, though the taste is just average. All in all, it's not too bad.

I chose this hotel for my trip here and I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay overall. The lighting in the room is soft and gentle on the eyes, there is no dust on the tables or in the corners of the cabinets, and the bedding is fluffy and comfortable for sleeping. The public self-service laundry area is very well-kept, complete with laundry baskets and small bottles of toiletries. The service is prompt and responsive, and all our questions were answered with patience, making it a very reassuring and pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room is spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom features a wet and dry separation design. The staff are friendly and always responsive to requests. The stay exceeded expectations and offered great value for money. Highly recommended to friends.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has a wonderful ambiance with soft lighting, tasteful wall decor, and fully stocked amenities. Impeccably clean—the bathroom was spotless with no water stains or weird odors. The service struck the right balance without being intrusive, and the front desk responded promptly whenever needed. Great value for money for a business trip.

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are very comfortably maintained. The staff are warm, attentive, and prompt in their responses, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. The stay experience was fantastic—quiet and comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I had a great stay in the room and I'm very satisfied. The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the environment is nice. The staff were warm and welcoming. There's a decent morning tea (Dim Sum) restaurant nearby. Since I was staying with a friend, we didn't try the hotel breakfast.
