⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Anantara Siam Bangkok My boyfriend, Yujie Qi, and I (Aileen Wang) recently stayed at Anantara Siam Bangkok, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. The location is excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of CentralWorld and the Erawan Shrine, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Bangkok. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. During check-in, one of the staff members kindly offered to take a photo of my boyfriend and me in front of the beautiful mural in the hotel lobby. To our surprise, the next day the printed photo was thoughtfully placed on our bedside table. It was such a personal and touching gesture that made us feel truly valued as guests. On our final day, the hotel staff prepared a handwritten farewell card for us and even gave us a lovely elephant souvenir as a keepsake. These small but meaningful touches made our stay feel incredibly special and showed the genuine hospitality that Anantara Siam is known for. The breakfast was also excellent—well above the standard expected from most luxury hotels, with a great variety of delicious options and high-quality ingredients. Thank you to the entire team at Anantara Siam Bangkok for creating such wonderful memories for us. We will always remember your kindness and attention to detail. If we return to Bangkok in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with exceptional service and a perfect location. We would especially like to recognize several outstanding team members who made our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Ingfah, the lobby greeter, for her warm hospitality and thoughtful farewell gesture. Before our departure, she prepared a beautiful handwritten farewell card for us and presented us with a lovely elephant souvenir. These personal touches meant a great deal to us and perfectly reflected the genuine care and kindness of the Anantara Siam team. We would also like to thank the two female front desk associates who were working during our check-in on 9 June at around 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot remember their names, but one had short hair and the other had long hair. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They kindly took a photo of my boyfriend and me in front of the hotel’s beautiful lobby mural during check-in. To our surprise, the printed photo was later placed on our bedside table, creating a wonderful memory of our stay. The hotel is very central, convenient for travel to anywhere in Bangkok as it is about 150m from a BTS station. After the renovation it is quite new in the room. Food is excellent.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpet was dirty. The lobby area was also poorly maintained and did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. Additionally, it was impossible to sleep until around 11:30 PM due to loud live music every night in the open restaurant area on the first floor. The noise level was unacceptable and significantly affected my comfort and rest. The only positive aspect of my stay was the gym, which was very good. Given these issues, I do not believe the experience reflects the standards expected, and I kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
