Alila Shanghai

The hotel is very close to the subway station and Zhangyuan, and it's particularly pleasant to take a walk around the hotel at night. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, they gave out mooncake gift boxes, and the packaging was beautiful. I'd like to commend Nina; she was very accommodating and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Alila again for my next trip to Shanghai. 😋

My purpose for this stay was a weekend getaway from my busy schedule, and Alila truly delivered a wonderful relaxing experience, especially in the bustling Jing'an district. The overall hardware facilities are impeccable, and the suite space is incredibly well-utilized. The bedding and blackout curtains are exceptionally comfortable, easily ranking among the best in Shanghai's many hotels. The hotel staff are outstanding; their service attitude and overall professionalism are very high. Mina, the Assistant Front Office Manager, truly impressed me with her communication and problem-solving skills. Compared to the communication barriers, sternness, or lack of professionalism I've encountered with managers at other hotels in the past, Mina made me feel a genuine human touch, which is incredibly important. Alila perfectly embodies the concept of a tranquil oasis amidst a busy city. It was a very comfortable city vacation experience. I hope it continues to improve.

Really loved Alila, and the service was excellent! Especially Cindy, our butler, who was super nice and attentive. She even brought us a cake 🍰 and was very patient. 100 thumbs up 👍 to the lovely Cindy! The afternoon tea staff were also wonderful. The hotel environment is good. This is my second time staying at Alila, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Our butler, Cindy, was very attentive and helped us with a late check-out. Her responses were also very prompt. Overall, everything was great.

The overall service matches the price point. You can contact our butler, Nina, for any needs, and she responds promptly. When there was a water outage, the hotel provided a satisfactory solution. The location is excellent, and I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Every detail was well thought out. Upon check-in, Butler Sylvia provided attentive service. The room's lighting, temperature, and scent management were all excellent, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The greenery in the lobby courtyard is beautiful. The "Luo Dao Balanced Sleep Workshop" was also a novel experience. Overall, everything was great!
