Alila Shanghai

Very satisfied! Liora, the housekeeper, was lovely and very thoughtful. The room was exceptionally clean, and everything was well-stocked. They even provided complimentary snacks.

The new hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the hygiene was impeccable. Two days before check-in, a dedicated butler, Liora, contacted me to ask if I needed anything, which is quite different from other hotels. Although the memory foam pillow I requested wasn't in the room when I checked in, she later reminded me about the hotel's special day and night rituals and the spa I was interested in, which was very thoughtful. I really liked the sleep spray provided by the bed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The environment is great, I love the decor style. It's very quiet. I hadn't slept well for a few days, so coming to Alila to catch up on sleep was perfect, I finally got a full, comfortable night's rest! I especially loved the large bathtub, it was so relaxing to soak in. Hygiene: Everywhere was very clean! Service: Our butler Cindy provided excellent service, and the lobby staff were great too. All my requests were met, highly recommend! Food: Breakfast was delicious! The cakes were also incredibly tasty, definitely recommend them! 🥳

The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The facilities were also excellent. Bella, the concierge, had a wonderful attitude. The evening executive lounge staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and you could order off the menu.

Our first stay at Alila Shanghai was a truly pleasant surprise! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive to every detail. The evening 'Nightfall Ritual' solo dance had a wonderfully mysterious East Asian flair. The food was absolutely stunning; we had just come from Tokyo, and Alila's cuisine was still top-notch quality. And for shopping, it's unbeatable – the location is fantastic, right next to Taikoo Hui, the 'Louis Vuitton Giant Wheel,' and Zhangyuan. Everything you could want! Highly recommend it! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Huge thanks to Serena and Monica for all their help throughout! The hotel is beautiful, the service is incredibly attentive, and the room layout is so comfortable and well-designed. The butler staff were excellent at communicating even the smallest details promptly. Overall, this is the best hotel experience I've had in Shanghai in recent years 👍 definitely my top choice for a staycation.

This is my nth stay at Alila, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Chloe was incredibly warm and attentive. As I was arriving in Shanghai after a long international flight and dealing with jet lag, she took special care of me, helping with my luggage and check-in details. Her attention to detail was exceptional. I'll definitely be back again~

Fantastic experience! The thoughtful Bella contacted me the day before check-in to arrange everything I needed in the room. Haha, every time I come back to Alila, it feels like coming home. My daughter absolutely loved the three-shrimp noodles, and I really hope I can buy your bedding someday – I love it so much!
