The sofa bed was missing a comforter and pillow, which I noticed when I was trying to set it up at night. I contacted them via text message and they sent it to me, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wish they had prepared it properly.

We booked the room a little late, and there were two different room types booked at the time. When we extended our stay at the hotel, they gave us the same room type, so we didn't have to pack our luggage and change rooms. Great!

With food prices at all time highs in Hawaii booking a condo room at the Hilton Grand Islander at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a good call. We went to Costco (9:00am a must) and stocked up on meals for 5 nights out of the 8 we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry machines in room. It really was the way to go. Not the best food options on the island. Coming from a culinary city our bar is set pretty high. Not to mention how crazy the prices are. Save your money or spend what you save on a LV or Gucci purse…seriously!

Our hotel had ocean access and plenty of amenities, although quite pricey, there were ways around some of those costs.

This complex is beautiful. Everything you could need. The unit was very quiet. It was so nice having a full kitchen, although not as well stocked as a VRBO. Loved the lagoon for the kids and all the pool choices.

The hotel was awesome. Room service was daily and cleaning staff kept the room spotless. The beds were soft and comfy, decor was expensive and tasteful. Love, love, love our stay and definitely we will be coming back. Highly recommended

Beautiful view of the ocean from the 23rd Floor! Spacious room! Love the daily housekeeping. Staff were helpful and courteous. Perfect vacation stay!
