Hilton Grand Vacations Club the Grand Islander Waikiki Honolulu

The only issue for us was confusion about getting to the correct tower and parking area when we first arrived.

Our room was beautiful and all the staff throughout the entire resort are so friendly and willing to answer any questions! We can’t wait to stay here again

Our room was amazing, we had a 2 bedroom (one king, 2 queen beds) 2 full bathrooms, 2 showers, jacuzzi tub, ocean view suite! It had a full kitchen, laundry, balcony! We had an amazing time! The staff kept the room clean once per day and refilled the towels, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, laundry soap, dish soap, everything! We even had pots and pans to cook with. We did have to ask for some ice since the ice machine in the freezer couldn't keep up with the 6 of us. They handed out beach towels cards for all of us. ABC store is located right in the hotel. So many pools to use, just wear your wrist bands! Just a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach from room.

Amazing place and staff , location is perfect …. Our room was clean and the hotel was modern. We stayed in the penthouse and had access to the lounge were they served food and drinks. I am looking forward to staying here again

There was so much to see and do at the hotel. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. No buffet breakfast was available. So we just made breakfast in our kitchenette. The ABC stores are full of items you would need on a daily basis. Great experience overall. Will come back again

Had a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and the condo kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The view from room 1105 was awesome - even though it was a partial view. The foldout mattress on the couch was so-so. Might work for small kids but my teenage was uncomfortable. I bought him an air mattress for the remainder of the week. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was surprised however at how much noise we could hear from the guests above us. The bathroom had two pocket doors; one to the main living space and one to the bedroom. Every time the guests above us walked around or used the pocket doors we could hear them and at night it was quiet loud and woke up us. Other than the noise from the other condo above us, we really did enjoy our stay. I already miss that deep soaking tub!

Location is amazing. Can see the ocean and mountains from the same balcony. Room had washer and dryer which was very handy. Kitchen was stocked enough for us to make breakfast and lunch. Very clean
