Marina Hotel

I had a 4 nights stay at the Suit room in this hotel The room was quite spacious and had a big bathtub which I really liked Pretty much all the amenities I could need were in the room There was body wash and hair shampoo, body lotion, even the blade razor and hair comb The mini-fridge wasn't cooling properly, which was a bit upsetting, though They had free water and tea with coffee, which were refilled every day One day I had a long stay at room in the morning and put a not disturbing sign on. A hotel employee left some water in a bag hanging on the doorknob. That really impressed me I came back to my room that day and it was already cleaned, even though I missed the usual cleaning time. So that was my second pleasant surprise! On the first night I stayed at this Hotel there was some karaoke night and the music was really loud I thought I was doomed to a sleepless night, but the music stopped while I was taking a shower and it was finally quiet. The other days it was quiet too, so it was okay This hotel doesn’t offer breakfast But the price for the room is very reasonable

Only 2 n stay here after sapa, HK bus stop is just opposite the hotel so super convenient if you're taking this sleeper bus. its a small boutique hotel so don't expect a pool gym etc. my room level 6 only 2 units. but we get privacy for the suite room with balcony and bathtub. just that the layout location for the bathtub is not ideal as the water overflowing will go straight into the actual bathroom. water flow is really slow as well for bathtub. we used it once and that's it there's bathrobes provided but no bathroom slippers. around the hotel has many good affordable food and opposite hotel there's a minimart. 5mins walk to beer street but. i dont recommend that area cos prices are all jacked up & u don't get service. the main door has many gaps nd the light outside stopped me from sleeping well. food are all the same in all the beer street bar and taste is jus normal to me. u get the vibes n many staff poaching u thats all. 1hr drive to Noi Bai airport & 15mins to Hanoi train station from here. walked 5mins to family ramen shop to pick up point for tour to halong bay. so that's why i booked this place.

Staff are really nice and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location and bed is comfy

Incredible customer service! We arrived late at night, and the staff were super nice and friendly. They quickly arranged everything and kindly upgraded our room type. They also gave us fantastic local restaurant recommendations within easy walking distance. We really appreciated their helpfulness and warm hospitality. Perfect stay! And great location is just opposite HK Busline.

It was very decent room for amount money that u paid. The location is perfect
