LS Hotel (Guilin Liangsu)

That was a really nice place to stay in Yangshuo. Staff is really friendly and pay a lot of attention to detail. They are very welcoming.

The most amazing hotel we ever stayed, feels like a dream ! Everything looks as a postcard, the staff us is absolutely amazing and helpful, especially Simon, incredible service, Icey and Kayson also very nice. The rooms are the most beautiful ever seen, the view is breathtaking, the food is delicious, a lot of activities, we wish we could stay longer, the hotel is so well situated, everything great is very close, so many things to do, just speechless about the experience ! Thank you so very much much !

The staff at LS operates like a finely tuned orchestra. Communication was seamless via WeChat and Lynn greeted me very warmly upon arrival. There was no language barrier whatsoever, as she and some of the staff speak English. The hotel offers fantastic complimentary perks, including afternoon tea, car transfers, and a photoshoot. I am so glad I didn't skip the shoot. It ended up being the highlight of my stay. Their onsite photographer is so talented. She knew exactly how to guide my poses and angles, she took the perfect shots and I will cherish my photos forever. Everyone talks about the views at LS, but I found their customer service to be remarkable. Even with a full house, their attentiveness made me feel like the only guest there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The scenery is beautiful from my room (check out the photos attached). The service is excellent; exceeded my expectation by 1000%. 2 days before checking in, your "butler" is assigned and they would create a chat group. All your needs from checking-in, during the stay, and check-out are being carefully attended to. I saw many foreigners who cannot speak Chinese, has no issue with communication with the staff as they use the app to address different languages. Also, the butler will assist with all the ticket bookings, reminding you the breakfast timing and arranging the free transport (thought within 6km). I am very glad to have chosen this accommodation. And i would highly recommend to ALL people who are going to Yangshuo!

I loved my stay at Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo! The mountain views here are absolutely stunning, every spot is so photogenic. Big thanks to Lily and Reina, the two housekeepers. They were super sweet and helpful the whole time, took care of all my requests patiently. I also wanna praise photographer Caicai. She’s really good at taking pictures! She knows perfect angles and guides me to pose naturally, all photos turned out gorgeous. The rooms are clean and facilities are nice. Great scenery, thoughtful service and amazing free photoshoot. Definitely my top pick for Yangshuo, I will come back again!
