We stayed for 2 nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations given the hotel’s pricing, branding, and star rating.
We arrived and checked in at 2:00 PM, which is the hotel’s standard check-in time, but we were only able to enter our room at 4:00 PM, resulting in a two-hour delay as the room was still being cleared.
During our stay, we requested extra flat sheets and bottled water, but these were delivered only after a full day, despite follow-ups.
Customer service throughout the stay was poor and inconsistent. At breakfast, no water was initially provided. While we understand if this was intended to be self-service, this was not communicated to us. When we asked, the response and facial expressions from the staff felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Considering the price point, branding, and reputation of the hotel, we expected a much higher level of service. Based on our experience, smaller hotels have provided better service and guest attention than what we encountered here.
We regret having to leave a negative review, but this reflects our honest experience. Perhaps our expectations were set high, but for a hotel of this caliber, we believe these are basic service standards.
