The Rockport House

Lovely buildings, outdoor space and close to centre location. Best part were the beds - super comfortable. All but one of the bedroom blinds didn’t work so made space very dark. Very expensive for what it was, but seasonally high.

Absolutely charming restored Victorian home. Wonderful location. Bed and bedding excellent. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Simple, clean, good location, nice spot on a hill, and a convenient lily pad stop to the lovely village of Rockport. Just don't expect much in the realm of amenities beyond a quaint sitting room accessed through the main foyer and a small Keurig machine in your selected bedroom and a larger one in the sitting room.

Very convenient, clean, good parking.. Only thing I didn’t like was the check out/chek in times.. would be nice if check in was at 3pm and check out at 11am or 12pm.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Cape Ann and Rockport. We were very happy with our room, which was spacoius and clean. Even though there's no staff on the premises, the property management was very engaged, sending multiple text and email prior to checking in, texting the next day to make sure everything was OK. The room also has a nice fridge and microwave. The only drawback was the bed and pillows were a bit soft for us.

Pretty inn and nice room. Great location to walk down to the town. I wish arrival process was a little better as you have to call/email to get code. Also front door to building was open and bothered a number of guests we met and us. Should lock.

For the price one expects exemplary service and surroundings. Window blinds were broken, screens missing, front door screen was damaged, overhead lampshade was shredded, door didn’t close and rattled…I thought someone was trying to break in, AC filters had not been cleaned, no room service for 4 days until I left, no indication where water was kept (in a closet) very little lighting on the driveway at night. Location is good and the property is beautiful…but that is not enough.

We only stayed one night, but we were obsessed! The property was gorgeous and the rooms were so cute, clean, and the beds were cozy. We were disappointed we didn’t have more time and discussed booking it again for a whole weekend! It was dif type of check in than I was used to, but went so smoothly. Having a room with a keypad was extremely convenient too! We loved it!
