Lavenna Resort Judiaosha, Shenzhen

Highly recommended!!!! We had an amazing trip. Right after booking, COCO, the hotel's service ambassador, thoughtfully arranged everything for us. This trip was a seaside vacation with the kids. The ocean-view room we booked was absolutely stunning! Breathtakingly beautiful! Shenzhen isn't that hot at this time of year. The weather was gorgeous with a gentle breeze, and lounging on the balcony sofa was pure bliss—an absolute game-changer for traveling with kids. The little one and the two older girls had a blast too. We caught the Double Eleven promotion, making it incredible value for money. It included both buffet dinner and breakfast. It was a wonderful experience for my parents, and the kids had so much fun without us having to worry about where to go out to eat.

Had a wonderful stay! Iris, our butler, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always quick to reply. She even arranged a late check-out for us. Such heartwarming service—highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel has a great environment with stunning, unobstructed ocean views, and Iris at the staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. The only minor drawback is that the room facilities are a bit dated; the TV is old-school with no screen-casting or streaming options, and the air conditioning cooling was mediocre—it didn't feel quite cool enough during our stay. Hopefully, the hotel will gradually update the guest room equipment in the future, and I look forward to coming back for another stay once the hardware has been upgraded.

It's so stunning! I was very lucky to have clear skies, blue skies, and white clouds for the entire 3 days and 2 nights, especially the back garden! Absolutely breathtaking!!! You can really tell it is meticulously cared for.

The room was nice with a gorgeous ocean view. My daughter loved the pet petting zoo and the swimming pool on the basement floor; she woke up asking to go down and play right away. The hotel is very spacious, with the beach and sea just downstairs. It's a great place for traveling with kids.

A wonderful stay! The hotel has a great environment, is very close to the beach, and offers mountain views right from the room. The staff were all very attentive. A special thank you to our Service Ambassador, Coco, for providing such thoughtful service. We'll definitely be back next time!

Had a wonderful seaside vacation! The hotel offers fantastic ocean views, and watching the sunset while feeling the sea breeze was so therapeutic. Butler Iris provided attentive and thoughtful service with prompt responses. The overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable—a truly pleasant trip and worth a return visit ✨

Environment: The hotel boasts a stunning setting and an unbeatable location, with the beach right at your doorstep. Facilities: The infinity pool is incredibly photogenic. Service: The butler service was thoughtful beyond words. Dining: The dining options are well-equipped and comprehensive.

This stay far exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers direct, front-row ocean views—open the window and you're greeted by endless blue sea and sky. The beach is clean with soft sand, and the sunset is so breathtakingly beautiful you won't be able to look away. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding, great soundproofing, and a viewing balcony that reflects true five-star quality in every detail. The service was simply impeccable; from the concierge to housekeeping, everyone was warm, attentive, and prompt, truly living up to its Diamond-tier standards. The breakfast and seafood buffet featured a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the swimming pool and kids' club were both meticulously maintained, making a family vacation completely stress-free. The overall environment is quiet and private with complete amenities, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
