Plaza Hotel Mutsu

I used the massage chair in the relaxation area, and it was very comfortable. I also got to choose my own pillow, which helped me sleep soundly.

The building is old but well-maintained and clean. The service and amenities are excellent, no complaints there. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Shimokita since it's close to the station.

It's within walking distance of Shimokitazawa Station, but quite far from the restaurant district, so a taxi is essential. When I inquired about parking a 4-ton truck, I received extremely courteous service, for which I am very grateful. (They even allowed me to leave it there after check-out.) The adjacent parking lot is very large and free, which is great. As it's an older establishment, the facilities are undeniably dated, but the front desk service is excellent, which I really appreciate. I've been staying in Mutsu more often lately, so this price range is a great help.

I was hoping for sashimi to be included in the breakfast buffet, and they did. I was very happy. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient.

Thank you for your hospitality this time. It was clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options...I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

Compared to an average hotel, the service and convenience may be a little lacking, but considering the location, I think it's sufficient. However, I gave it this rating because I compared it to hotels in famous tourist spots and cities. The breakfast was also delicious.
