It was great to stay at such an affordable price! Since I was staying for multiple nights, I was able to hand wash some clothes and use the dryer, which meant I could pack lighter. 😊

I used the massage chair in the relaxation area, and it was very comfortable. I also got to choose my own pillow, which helped me sleep soundly.

The building is old but well-maintained and clean. The service and amenities are excellent, no complaints there. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Shimokita since it's close to the station.

Overall, it was a solid stay, but the breakfast felt a bit lacking.

My review is more about trip.com in itself rather than the hotel. In retrospect, I should have booked the same hotel from a different website.
The room description is confusing. I thought I reserved a twin room. It turned out to be a single room with one bed and an additional strange ( bed?).

I was hoping for sashimi to be included in the breakfast buffet, and they did. I was very happy. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient.
