My stay at the Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic – right downstairs, you'll find Jiefangbei and Bayi Road Food Street, and Hongyadong is just a short walk away. The high-floor, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning two-river night views right from your bed, and the Heavenly Bed was so soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The 54th-floor infinity pool has breathtaking views, and the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast included authentic Chongqing noodles. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Chongqing!

My stay this time was fantastic! A special highlight was unexpectedly meeting the general manager in the elevator, who then thoughtfully presented me with a lovely gift. This kind gesture truly made me feel valued and demonstrated Westin's genuine commitment to putting guests first. The room was clean and comfortable, and the signature Heavenly Bed certainly lived up to its reputation – I slept soundly until morning. The hotel facilities are also excellent, with a well-equipped gym and public areas that are both modern and stylish. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive arrangements at check-out, every interaction showcased the staff's professionalism. It was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose Westin again on my next visit!

The location is excellent, right near Jiefangbei, just a two or three hundred meter walk away. Taxis are also readily available. The only downside is that the area is very busy, so traffic jams are common near the hotel. The breakfast spread is generous, and the views are fantastic, offering panoramic sights of Chongqing's river and cityscapes. Our butler, Sian, provided excellent service and was always accommodating. We had a great time in Chongqing!

This hotel is right in the heart of Jiefangbei, making it super convenient to get around. The high-floor views are absolutely stunning. My only minor gripes are that food delivery isn't allowed to the rooms and the room size is a bit on the small side. On the upside, both the hotel's Chinese restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

A huge shout-out to Mila, the server from Bangladesh at the Westin Chongqing's Executive Lounge! We only intended to sit for a moment near closing time, not expecting any further food or drink service. But as soon as my friend and I sat down, Mila proactively came over to offer us coffee and thoughtfully asked if we needed anything else. He was gentle and attentive throughout. Despite a slight language barrier, he patiently helped us translate phrases, making communication incredibly smooth. This small interaction truly showcased the hotel's exceptional attention to detail and thorough staff training. It made our stay absolutely perfect, and he definitely deserves special recognition!

The ambassador's efficiency in handling requests was far superior to the front desk; they were flexible and thoughtful, always responsive to questions via online communication throughout my stay, which I must especially commend. The guest room was spacious, and the bed was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. While the hotel facilities show a bit of age, the bathroom amenities are up to par, featuring a smart toilet and high-quality fixtures. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and even authentic local Chongqing snacks. With many international guests, the hotel has a strong global atmosphere. The evening light meal at the executive lounge was of good quality, but the afternoon self-service dessert selection was limited and the taste was average. Parking is free for self-drivers; the only drawback is that the signs guiding from the parking lot to the lobby are unclear, making it easy for first-timers to get lost or take a wrong turn. The location is a huge advantage, allowing direct walks to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Shibati, making sightseeing and dining extremely convenient. The 54th-floor infinity pool offers a superb view, perfect for panoramic shots of the Yuzhong city skyline. Considering the location, amenities, and service, it's a highly cost-effective five-star hotel, my top choice for a trip to Chongqing.

They sent detailed check-in instructions and various practical tips in advance, which made me feel completely at ease even before arriving. During my stay, any questions I had on WeChat were answered promptly, with a very quick response time. From the front desk to housekeeping, every employee was warm, attentive, professional, and efficient, truly making me feel at home! The breakfast was another major highlight! The variety was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western delicacies, plus authentic local specialties like Chongqing noodles and spicy wontons. Every morning, I had a super satisfying meal! Finally, the room was spotless and tidy, with extremely high hygiene standards. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the Westin's 'Heavenly Bed' was truly amazing to sleep on – I had a wonderful night's rest! In summary, this stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Chongqing!

The Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei exceeded our expectations and is perfect for families with kids. The front desk staff upgraded our room when they saw we had a family with us, and the kids absolutely loved it – the room was so spacious they even played hide-and-seek! The hotel breakfast was also excellent, especially the noodles, which I personally thought were quite good. The breakfast staff were incredibly helpful; one even offered to assist me when they saw I was struggling with a hot plate.
