The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square

Facilities: Although it's a 2014 hotel, it's very comfortable, especially the bedding – truly the best I've ever slept in! (I haven't stayed in many 5-star hotels, so take that with a grain of salt, haha). Cleanliness: Good, very clean. Environment: Excellent. Service: I want to highlight the service. Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. They provided wine, desserts, and decorations, and even allowed us a late check-out. The butler also helped us take souvenir photos, making it feel very special and ceremonial. Thank you, Westin, we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very rich! The executive lounge was also great, and the fried rice was delicious, haha.

The Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei boasts an excellent location, with Jiefangbei within walking distance. The high-floor river view is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The butler service deserves high praise – communication was smooth, they were meticulous in their work, and handled all sorts of issues professionally and thoughtfully. My entire stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chongqing.

The lady at the front desk was very kind; she upgraded our room and even gave us complimentary fruit. The night view and breakfast were also great. The hotel is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, both within walking distance, and it's also very near the subway station.

The hotel's reception service, comprehensive and modern facilities, and breakfast were all satisfactory. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for reaching several popular attractions. And the daily complimentary snacks were absolutely delicious!

Traveling with my dog to Chongqing, I stayed at the Westin Jiefangbei. Its prime location in the heart of Jiefangbei made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The high-altitude panoramic views were stunning. As a pet-friendly hotel, the check-in process for my pet was smooth after prior communication. The room was well-maintained, and having an underground parking lot was a huge plus for self-driving. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Chongqing specialties. The guest ambassador was very responsive and handled requests efficiently. My only minor disappointment was the lack of luggage assistance upon arrival, which was a slight deviation from the brand's expected service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider returning to this hotel on my next trip to Chongqing.

The overall experience was great. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. My kids especially loved the rooftop pool, and the water temperature was just right. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was rich, and you could even get authentic Chongqing noodles. The service was warm and attentive, making our stay and travel very comfortable.

The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, with highlights like handmade wontons and croissants. The surrounding transportation was convenient. Had a great experience here, the service was excellent, and I was very happy with the room. I'd suggest adding food delivery robots, as having to go downstairs to pick up food is a bit inconvenient. The elevators took a little while, but it was within an acceptable range. The room view was fantastic.
