Le Méridien Barcelona

We were given a room on a low floor right next to the street, and the window was broken and couldn't close properly, so it was incredibly noisy all night. Below us was the subway, and the room would start shaking every morning around 5 AM. All the facilities in the room were very old. The breakfast was barely edible. I honestly don't know how this hotel got its five-star rating; is it just because it's a Le Méridien?

Wonderful hotel, great location, excellent breakfast, and very hospitable staff.

Well-equipped

The hotel is located in the old town, with road construction on both sides. Make sure you check carefully when choosing a hotel; it's not on Gratitude Boulevard. The rooms were rather old and not as good as expected, and the breakfast was also mediocre.

It's a well-established hotel with a very convenient location; it's easy to get around, and the old market is right next door…
