Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District

The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was fabulous! The Valet parking was so convenient! Our only complaints were that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable for me. The water pressure in the shower was also less than desirable. The morning of checkout, a housekeeper attempted to enter our room around 8am without even knocking! That was a little unnerving. Overall, it is a nice place to stay, especially due to location but not sure if we will choose this option again mainly due to the beds.

Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests.

Room was nice, staff was great & drinks at the bar were delicious & reasonably priced.

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The manager on Thursday morning was rude and seemingly irritated when I wasn’t pleased with his offer to smooth over the fact that the shuttle was sent off without me. I was able to make arrangements, but his offer to credit my bill but not guarantee me a seat on the shuttle the next did not solve my concern. It wasn’t about my bill, it was about my convenience and he seems to disagree with my priorities. We had a car with us, and for the first 3 days my husband’s card didn’t work to get him in and out of the garage. He was able to call, but it caused back ups for others waiting for it to opened for him.

The staff were phenomenal! Clean and comfortable hotel and room were spacious and decorated beautifully. Beds were ver comfortable!

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Clean establishment from top to bottom.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been in. No complaints. And GREAT location!
