I always stay at the quest hotel. The service is superbly great! I'm craving dried fish and they even give you upon request! Thanks

I loved my stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were loads of room service options. The wifi was good. The staff were phenomenal. House of Lechon (famous restaurant) is a 4 min walk down the road, and the area felt safe for me as a solo female traveller. I will say that because you are staying in a nicer area, it can be hard to find better deals for things like tours. I was quoted $200-$250 AUD for the moalboal sardine and canyoneering tour through the hotel, but ended up booking through a local agent I found on Facebook for $90 AUD.

The location is convenient and close to Ayala Center. The facilities are clean, so it's not bad. They are also very helpful with luggage storage. However, Ayala Center is huge, so it was a bit difficult to find the hotel's exact location.

Had a great stay. Room may need a bit more cleaning and shower has poor drainage but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Food is great and staff are very helpful. Will definitely go back!

Walking distance to Ayala Shopping Mall and a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient. Our corner room felt spacious and comfortable. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the popular House of Lechon restaurant.

The hotel's hardware facilities are pretty standard. The dinner buffet offers decent value for money. However, the hotel's room service is quite rigid. My plans changed, and I wouldn't be able to use the breakfast. I had communicated this four or five days in advance, asking to switch breakfast for dinner or upgrade to a room without breakfast. But the hotel lacked flexible management and consistently refused. I'm very dissatisfied with this aspect.

Everything was great, a good hotel. I constantly used the swimming pool. Good service. Overall, everything was fine... the only downside is that it's far from the sea, but on the bright side, it's in the city center.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The hotel's downtown location is super convenient, just across the street from Ayala Mall. Plus, it's within walking distance of the famous Michelin-starred roasted suckling pig restaurant, House of Lechon.
