B2 Buriram Boutique and Budget Hotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. There is a 7-11 nearby just 5 minutes walk.

We only stayed the night due to my girlfriends work back in Bangkok. I can say that I was very surprised by the size of the room and a small balcony over looking the car park and a man made lake across from the hotel.I couldn't fault anything at all,the receptionist were very friendly and also spoke in broken English as well which helped a lot.We didn't go round the hotel to see what else was available. One thing I did use was the walking path in the man made lake which was about 1.5 miles from start to finish and also people use this for jogging as well as walking. Next to it was a small outside fitness equipment which are stand alone. There is also plenty of parking space as well. The price for the room was a steal due to low season as well. I highly recommend B2 Buriram Boutique hotel and I will be staying here again in the near future to see the motor sport they hold in Buriram.

Very nice good service I recommend to anyone who want to sleep at this hotel staff hotel is very good

I’ve always enjoyed staying at B2 Hotels around Thailand, and I’ve been travelling around the country for the past 8 years. But this is honestly the first time I’ve experienced such rude customer service. I know my Thai isn’t perfect, but I also know it’s not that bad. What disappointed me the most was that the lady didn’t even try to understand me. She spoke English perfectly well, so I decided to switch to English since it’s my second language. But when I spoke English, she just stared at me as if she couldn’t understand a single word I was saying. I don’t expect everyone to understand me perfectly, especially when there’s a language barrier. But I do expect people working in hospitality to at least make an effort to communicate with their guests. I’ve had many great experiences with B2 Hotels across Thailand, which is why this situation was so disappointing. A little patience and kindness can make a huge difference.

Room right next to reception so was noisy from 5:45 am in the morning and raw sewage smell was unbearable i generally never leave a bad report

good location and excellent service

The hotel is ok for a quick one night stop over. It is a basic hotel with an adequate bed and shower. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. And the lake has a good walking or cycling track around it.

Located not far away from the central and situated at a quiet environment opposite the Lalom canal. Friendly and helpful staff with great hospitality towards the guest. Room is spacious and clean.
