This stay really exceeded my expectations! Miki, the front desk lady, was incredibly kind and check-in was super fast. Any questions we had were answered instantly by the staff. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was so soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy at all. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Traveling with a family of three, choosing the right hotel really enhances the trip's enjoyment. The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was top-notch – no dust in any corners. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. The hotel also has a lawn area outdoors, and on the 21st floor, there's a special 'Joyful Kids Camp' for family activities. It was lovely to take the kids for walks and play there in the mornings and evenings. Tina at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, proactively helping us store our luggage and recommending nearby kid-friendly attractions. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so our child slept soundly after a day of playing. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was stress-free. You can truly feel the hotel's dedication to families with children, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids.
