Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar

This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sapa, located on a quiet street. The interiors are beautiful, and the room was beyond exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was spotlessly clean and smelled delightful. Absolutely incomparable! I was checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time, and they gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff are incredibly friendly. On my last day, I fell ill, and they surrounded me with such incredible care. It was so touching and, of course, very much appreciated. Wendy, in particular, helped me a lot. I am immensely grateful to her for everything she did for me. I had bad weather during my trip to Sapa, so I definitely need to come back and stay at this hotel again; I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else. Best of luck to the owners and all the staff! I always remember you with gratitude.

The location was great, it was really clean, and breakfast was delicious. My entire family, including my parents, had a very comfortable stay with absolutely no complaints. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. Most of the staff at the front desk were able to communicate well. However, I didn't feel it was good value for money. This might be because I booked the hotel at the last minute, which made it very expensive.

Super comfortable!!! I ended up choosing a sunlit room, which was really warm and cozy. A very pleasant stay.
