Booked a three-night stay through Ctrip. This hotel is super convenient, located very close to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the subway station – a really lively area. The breakfast offers a great variety, and they even have Mengniu brand yogurt and milk. The front desk staff were all incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as a family before deciding to check out early. The service lady at the front desk was very kind and genuinely tried her best to make us feel welcome. We also appreciated receiving a complimentary upgrade for our two rooms. Unfortunately, despite the upgrade, the rooms did not meet our expectations. The entrance area and the surrounding street also didn't create the welcoming atmosphere we had hoped for. The main reason we decided to leave early was a problem with the bathroom. After my son took a shower, the entire room was flooded. Although the staff eventually cleaned the floor and brought fresh towels, it took some time for the issue to be addressed. By then, we no longer felt comfortable staying for another night. We appreciate the staff's efforts, but overall the hotel simply wasn't the right fit for us. We decided to move to another hotel for the remainder of our stay in Xi'an.
