The location, the room cleanest, the sea view, the receptionist service, everything were good except our first arrival time at the wrong port because the night shift staff told us to drop off at pearl beach resort while that's the private port, it's really tension at there to wait until one beach resort staff come to pick us up and explain that it used to be fine to drop off there before but not now and their staff might missed this information. 😊

An excellent hotel for a comfortable getaway! We stayed here with our family for a few days and were very pleased! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They always helped us and resolved any issues with a smile. The pool was a great bonus when it wasn't possible to swim in the sea due to big waves. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade to a villa with a pool. For our family of five, this was an excellent option! The food and drinks at the hotel café were delicious! There are no entertainment options here, making it more suitable for a peaceful family vacation. Upon arrival at the pier, hotel staff met us and helped carry our luggage to our accommodation. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

We received first a very bad room, it was small and smelly. The room hadn't got even a floor, only beton... We went to the reception and asked for a normal room, the guy at the reception didn't wonder about the our complains. We received a room which was better, but it was some out of order room (no room number and no amenities). During our 5 nights stay the room was not properly cleaned or the bedsheet changed. The swimming pool was dirty, so we didn't use it. The breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. It is definitely not 4 star hotel, max. 3 star.

Excellent hotel, clean hotel area and beach. Get from the pier by boat for a fee ($15 for three) can be walked for ～one hour. The area is quiet, the pool is clean. Breakfasts are decent. The staff is very nice and polite.

The room and environment is clean and Service is good but restrooms have a little bits smell bad. and one more is I got room not the same with my booking room pic. Feeling so disappointed 🙁.
