Cape of Senses is truly a gem, and our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The setting overlooking Lake Garda is simply phenomenal — peaceful, breathtakingly beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy one of the most spectacular parts of Italy. What made our experience even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality made us feel very well cared for throughout our entire stay and added so much to the experience. The property itself is beautiful, with an atmosphere that perfectly complements the incredible surroundings of Lake Garda. It is one of those places where the location, views, service, and overall feeling come together to create something truly memorable. The interior of this retreat is modern, clean, yet organic, with alot of stone and wood, and the rooms absolutely designed to quality. We absolutely loved our time here and would recommend Cape of Senses to anyone visiting Lake Garda. This is a very special place that everyone should have the opportunity to experience at least once. We certainly hope to return!

Cape of Senses is one of the finest places I have ever stayed: luxury, nature, and attention to detail come together to create an unforgettable experience. The restaurant is the real highlight, with fresh, local ingredients, refined dishes, and an excellent wine selection. Both breakfast and dinner are exceptional. The service is impeccable: the staff are attentive, professional, and always ready to anticipate guests’ needs. Beyond the breathtaking lake views and beautifully appointed suites, it is the consistently excellent service that makes Cape of Senses a standout destination on Lake Garda. Highly recommended.

This was one of the strangest and most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were enjoying ourselves at the pool and jumped into the water. Apparently, the hotel did not approve of that, because afterward they actually refused to serve us anymore. We were paying guests simply trying to enjoy the pool and have a good time, and the way the situation was handled was completely over the top. Instead of politely speaking with us or explaining whatever rule they felt we had broken, we were made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed. Refusing service to hotel guests over something as harmless as jumping into the pool was incredibly unprofessional and completely ruined the atmosphere of our stay. Hospitality is supposed to be about making guests feel welcome. This was the exact opposite. We left feeling like we were being punished for enjoying ourselves on vacation. We will absolutely not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay.

Great location, terrible service. Came with friends and colleagues, and couldn’t even get a decent service by the pool or the bar. Excuses over excuses , mean attitude. Overstuffed but very unprofessional. Do not recommend to someone in his youth or intention to enjoy.

Perfetto! You would not believe how amazing the views are, the grounds are, the staff were, and the cuisine is, unless you visit. One of the best experiences of my life!
