Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai

Very close to the venue. The lobster and beer set was delicious, and the breakfast included tasty noodles.

The hotel is very close to the convention and exhibition center, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are quiet and very clean, the front desk staff are attentive, and the food is very much to our liking. Highly recommended, a great stay.

Make sure to communicate your room preferences with the front desk before checking in. Otherwise, they tend to assign rooms closer to the elevator first.

Extremely disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. The shower water pressure was incredibly low, there was only one box of tissues in the entire room, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. Everything, from the facilities to the service, was subpar. When I complained to the front desk about the AC noise, they just sent a maintenance worker who simply said that's how the AC sounds and offered no alternative solutions. The overall experience was worse than even an Atour hotel. They couldn't even meet the basic needs of a decent shower and a quiet environment. Very poor rating.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was beautiful, and the front desk staff, Owen G., provided excellent service.

Our stay was made absolutely perfect, all thanks to Amy at the front desk! We originally had a midday check-out, but due to an unexpected change in our travel plans, we needed a bit more time to rest. When Amy found out, she very thoughtfully extended our check-out time free of charge. She really saved the day for us, and we were incredibly touched by her kindness!
