The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It's about a ten-minute walk to Harvard Square. The only minor issue was that the smart air conditioning was a bit difficult to turn off, and it made me feel a bit dry overnight.

Although the hotel is located away from the city centre, it is near the Harvard university which is ideal if intending to tour around the campus. Unsure why the staff kept only providing 3 sets of towels even though my room has 4 people staying in it and have to keep calling them to provide 1 additional towel set

The location is fantastic, right next to Harvard University, and everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out were very quick. However, valet parking is mandatory and costs $45 per night.

I only stayed one one night but the stay was a good as you can get. Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a new digital thermostat which made adjusting the temp much more precise, which has historically been an issue for me as a business traveler. I'll definitely be back for my next trip to Cambridge.

The hotel is perfect for a Citywalk; it's just a few minutes' walk to Harvard, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel restaurant served delicious dinners and excellent service. The room layout was a bit odd, the air conditioning was a little outdated, and the bedding was rather soft. Parking was very convenient right next to the hotel.
