Modern and clean building, good location (close to train station, close to malioboro, souvenir stores, food, cafes), nice breakfast and coffee, they have mini zoo!! Friendly staffs.

Mixed bag. Great breakfast, nice staff, lots of live music in the lobby and the parking lot, dirty linen and old towels, all the pillows are tall, the showers don’t have doors so the water spills out easily, charging outlets available on only one side of the bed, laundry felt pretty expensive.
