We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was amazing — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
A special thank you to the staff for their kindness and flexibility. The laundry service was very convenient, and they kindly helped us extend our room until 6:00 pm, which made our departure day much more comfortable and stress-free.

On the first day of check-in, the front desk didn't inform us that due to external renovations, the room type we originally booked with the expected view couldn't be arranged. After I went back to inquire about it, the front desk staff explained the situation and helped us change rooms. However, the new room had hair on one of the beds 😂. Although the staff handled our requests promptly, the overall service didn't feel very warm or enthusiastic, which really goes against the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber. I had originally booked for three consecutive nights, but I decisively changed hotels.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Although the hotel was renovated some time ago, it has been very well maintained. It definitely meets five-star hotel standards, and the Great Tang All Day Mall is right downstairs.

The location is super convenient, right outside Datang Everbright City. The room itself was a bit old, but the service was quite good. The room size was generous, and overall, it was decent.

This is a real 5 star hotel with a grand lobby and classy feel. Room is spacious with comfortable bedding, a closet and a nice bathtub. Breakfast is really sumptuous with many varieties + famous local fare.
The main attraction, food and mall is just within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The stay is great..Zoe Kiko helped us alot, she upgraded our room and even decorated our room. we are very blessed with the upgrade and the room is well maintained and very spacious. The only issue i had is that the hair dryer is slow to dry my hair..other then this all are very good..i really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again if i have another chance to come back to Xian.
