Qingdao Haitian Hotel

Coming to Qingdao for National Day, we stayed at the Haitian Hotel for four days and three nights. We booked a twin room with a partial sea view. I didn't have specific floor requests, and even on the 9th floor, we still had a sea view. The room was well-equipped, and supplies were replenished very quickly. It was very quiet during rest periods, which gets full marks. The breakfast was also very abundant. In terms of transportation, we took taxis everywhere, as it's a bit far from the subway station. Crucially, Xiao Shang was also very responsible, checking in daily to see if we needed anything. Our child was over 120cm, so breakfast was originally going to be charged, but Xiao Shang promptly helped me resolve this issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Haitian Hotel.

The rooms were great, with a connecting door between the two, each having a 2-meter king-size bed and two bathrooms. After comparing many hotels, we chose Haitan. The hygiene was excellent, and it was indeed smoke-free and quiet. The larger room offered a glimpse of the sea and city views. The all-day dining restaurant for breakfast had a beautiful view of the nearby coastline (as pictured)! Also, the hotel butler, Ginny, had an excellent service attitude, always responding promptly and helping to resolve any issues. The hotel is just across the road from the coastline, and the views are fantastic.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in Fushan Bay, directly across from the Third Bathing Beach. It's right next to the 'City of the Sky' observation deck at Yunshang Haitian, offering panoramic views of Qingdao. To the east is May Fourth Square, and to the west is the Badaguan Scenic Area. In the evening, a short walk to the Third Bathing Beach allows you to admire the dazzling night views of Fushan Bay. The room offers partial bay views and a distant glimpse of Taiping Mountain. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the Chinese restaurant offers local specialties. The service was exceptional; during my stay, they proactively kept in touch, anticipating needs, inquiring about my experience, and resolving any issues. Definitely worth another visit.

This was our second stay here, and the environment is great, as is the service. A special shout-out to Ginny! She was so attentive and patient, offering lots of advice and tips. She kept us updated on the local weather and sightseeing information, which was fantastic. The hotel is right next to Haitian Mall, where you can go upstairs for views and a meal. It's also super convenient to walk across to the beach and enjoy the light show, which is beautiful.

Our housekeeper, Davis, was very proactive and always there to help. It was quite crowded during the National Day holiday, so next time I'll definitely choose to stay here again during the off-season. The beach is just across the road, which was super convenient for the kids to go crabbing. They even found small crabs when the tide was out!

I booked the Haitien Hotel well in advance for the National Day holiday. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I naturally have high standards! Comparing hotels is my specialty, and I specifically chose Haitien to give it a try. To my surprise, it truly exceeded my expectations! This was the other twin room we booked for two seniors. It came with a bathtub 🛁 and the view was absolutely unbeatable. The hotel service in Qingdao is the best I've experienced across the country so far. Perhaps my impression of Haitien was so good that I felt the entire city of Qingdao was warm and hospitable! The transportation is extremely convenient. The hotel entrance is right by the beach access, so if you want to take a stroll, you can walk for several kilometers and take in all the beautiful scenery. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is worth a visit, located on the third floor and specializing in local dishes. Star-rated hotels like this always have professional chefs, and the ingredients were fresh, delicious, and really whetted my appetite! The service was the most satisfying: not only was it attentive, but they also went above and beyond. Every staff member was presentable. Haitien Hotel truly is a calling card for city tourism. We were very satisfied this time. When we were leaving, they saw we had a baby and even gave us a teddy bear, which the baby hugged all the way home. I definitely have to come back!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was close to the subway station, good value for money, and conveniently located near May Fourth Square, Olympic Sailing Center, and Badaguan Scenic Area. The surrounding facilities were complete. During my stay, Lora provided excellent service, followed up promptly, and responded to my needs immediately.

Haitian Hotel isn't just about a superb location; it's also a culinary delight. Make sure to have breakfast at the Executive Lounge and dinner at the buffet on the second floor. The rooms offer breathtaking sea views, which are truly invigorating.

True to its reputation as a top-notch service hotel! The front desk staff upgraded me to a suite, and while waiting, I enjoyed afternoon tea at the executive lounge. They even included executive lounge dinner – incredible value for money! The location is also fantastic, with a sea view from the room and the beach right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao!
