Guangna Hotel (Futian Huaqiangnan Metro Station)

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's completely different from my first two visits. I didn't even recognize it when I arrived! It turns out the entire Guangna Hotel building has been divided, with three floors now being used by other hotel companies. The lobby and most of the elevator areas have been renovated, making it unrecognizable. The main renovation was in the lobby, and it looks great – very bright lighting and a simple design. If you've seen my previous reviews, you'd know the original Guangna Hotel lobby had a more elaborate design! As for the rooms, there haven't been many major changes, but I really appreciate that this time the toilet in my room was replaced with a smart toilet. It's so convenient to use with a remote control, no need to touch the toilet at all. The previous two times, our rooms had regular toilets, so this is a fantastic upgrade! I hope that through these renovations, the hotel can offer more facilities, like a restaurant, or gradually renovate the rooms to give guests a truly refreshed experience!

Traveling with friends was so convenient! The environment was great, and there were so many food options right at the intersection. The hotel lobby was spacious, and the new facilities were a nice touch.

The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and transportation routes. Check-out was just as quick and easy. Their service was professional and courteous, and the hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it! The environment is beautiful, and the newly renovated spaces are much more pleasant to see.

The location is super convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk from Exit A of Huaqiang South Station on Line 7, making it easy to get to Futian Port or the city center. The room is smart-enabled, so you can control the curtains and lights with your voice, which my kids found really fun. The bedding was clean and soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. It even came with a smart toilet and a mini-fridge. The staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient, and they were quick to help with any issues. There are tons of great food options nearby, making both travel and dining incredibly convenient. For its location in Futian, it's really great value for money. I'll definitely be back! 777

This was the most hassle-free stay I've had in Shenzhen! It's super close to Huaqiang South Metro Station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, tidied up perfectly. It even had smart voice control, and a robot delivered takeout right to my door – no need to go downstairs, which was so convenient! It's super friendly for introverts. The room facilities were also comprehensive; besides complimentary bottled water, there were free tea and coffee bags. The attention to detail was excellent, and the value for money was unbeatable. I'll definitely come back next time!
