Warning! Warning! Warning! My luggage was lost after I stored it at the hotel; they said they gave it to another guest. There was no apology or compensation whatsoever. Ctrip's refusal to remove this hotel from their listings is extremely unethical. Furthermore, the room was extremely dirty; the previous guest's hair, some kind of lint, was left in the sink and wasn't flushed away. The soundproofing was terrible; they started banging on the floor at 7:30 AM. The building is clearly very old and doesn't meet the advertised standards of a hotel that's less than 10 years old. I went there mid-week. It's on the top floor of MGM Park, on the 4th floor. The front desk is on the innermost floor. You can ask the staff. The whole building is non-smoking, which is good. The ac was loud and many of the light bulbs did not work. But the room was great otherwise. Like that it’s a smaller hotel. Loved that it was connected to Eataly for all the great food.

Tasteful decorating, much more character and charm than typical high-rise Vegas hotels. Had almost no contact with any staff due to online check in and out options. Only negative was final invoice was not provided. No way to access that with the auto checkout. Had to request it be emailed later.
