This is the most luxurious hotel in Changchun, located in the bustling city center. The hotel has a huge parking lot on the ground level, which is safe and convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and they helped me set up the room according to my requests in advance. The hotel itself is grand and magnificent, with antique-style interior facilities. The room facilities are complete and well-equipped. The hotel's private gym is simple and practical, and well-managed. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options. I specifically went to MixC Changchun to try the authentic Northeast dish "Demoli Stewed Fish" at "Fengtian Xiaoguan." To be honest, the taste wasn't great. Maybe it's just my personal preference, but I didn't really like the savory sauce flavor, and it was also too salty, which affected the overall taste.

Changbai Mountain Hotel, a long-standing landmark hotel in Changchun, is located on Xinmin Avenue, very close to Nanhu Park. Its location is excellent, offering tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. The hotel grounds feature a garden-style environment with plenty of greenery, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. As an old, established star-rated hotel in Changchun, it boasts a rich heritage, making it suitable for both business receptions and family trips. After renovation, the hotel's environment has been completely refreshed. It has a large courtyard and a free parking lot, making parking very convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with good overall quietness, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The pillows and mattresses are quite good, providing a comfortable rest. A minor drawback is that, being an older hotel, some public areas still show signs of age. Check-in can be a bit slow during peak hours. However, the overall experience is very good, and it offers decent value for money given its downtown location. It's a reliable choice whether you're traveling to Changchun for tourism or business. Room facilities: All facilities are complete. When closing the toilet and bathroom doors, be careful with the force; the sound can be quite loud and startling if you're not paying attention. There are also many dining options nearby, and it's convenient to get around. Most places you'd want to visit are within a 30-minute drive. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the restaurant's dishes. The gym, though a bit small, has treadmills and stationary bikes. My whole family agrees that we'd stay here again next time we visit. Unanimous positive reviews!

After eight days in Northeast China, this hotel was my worst choice! I picked it based on recommendations, and that's where the regret began. The elevator was broken on the day of check-in, and since it was late, I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. Don't even think about getting help from a bellboy – impossible! Plus, while there's a robot for food delivery, it's incredibly slow; I waited over half an hour and had to chase them up myself! The location isn't particularly convenient either. The only upside is that the rooms are relatively new, but at 600 yuan a night, it's not cheap for Changchun, so the value for money isn't great. In short, I won't be staying here again.

Stayed at Changbai Mountain Hotel during the National Day holiday. The location is excellent, close to Nanhu Lake and Guilin Road. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was thoughtful. It's a great place for a layover and rest in Changchun. Recommended.

The hotel's decor is grand, refined, and upscale, with public seating areas on each floor offering panoramic views of the surroundings. The room was spacious and thoughtfully prepared with fresh fruit and a welcome note. It was impeccably clean, featuring two sinks. The smart bidet toilet seat was wonderfully warm, and the water pressure was excellent, making for a super refreshing shower. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming. They provided detailed information about the vibrant neighborhood, including shopping spots and culinary delights. One young woman, who had previously worked in Beijing, vividly compared the local geography to Beijing landmarks, effectively eliminating any decision paralysis! 😄 After checking in, I explored Guilin Road, Wanda Plaza, and You Shan. I walked, ate, and observed without feeling tired at all. The hotel itself is a landmark, making it very convenient and easy to find. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and delicious, served in a quiet and cozy dining environment. Each place setting thoughtfully included both knife and fork 🍴, as well as chopsticks 🥢, which is rarely seen in other hotels. This trip along the border allowed me to discover not only beautiful landscapes but also a wealth of history and culture in Liaoning and Jilin. I hope to savor more of it in the future. If I return to Changchun, I will definitely choose Changbaishan Hotel again! Suggestion: The glass doors for the shower and toilet tend to make a loud banging sound when used inadvertently, which can be startling. Perhaps consider physical measures to reduce the noise.

This hotel stay really exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for grabbing a bite or catching a taxi. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; I was asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow. The shower pressure was amazing, and the hot water came instantly, no waiting around. The staff, especially Yuki, were all great and responded quickly to any requests. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful, which made for a really restful stay. The price was also very reasonable. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely be back next time. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

The environment is great, and it's convenient for getting around; it's a short walk to Nanhu Lake and Guilin Street. The service is top-notch – the staff helped with luggage upon arrival, and both of our booked king rooms were upgraded to suites for free, which was fantastic. She even thoughtfully recommended local transportation and dining spots. Later on, when I had some questions, she answered them promptly and kindly, always maintaining a gentle and patient demeanor. Her service was truly heartfelt. Unlike typical mechanical greetings, she was genuinely sincere and attentive to every detail, showing a very high level of professionalism. Excellent front desk service is the face of any hotel, and Tingting's thoughtful and attentive service significantly enhanced my stay. I'm so grateful for her dedicated hospitality; it made my trip feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Tingting during your visit, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience.
