The room was clean, and both the front desk staff and the doormen were very welcoming and helpful. They were proactive in assisting with any questions I had. The breakfast was also good, quite friendly, and they even provided chopsticks, which was a nice touch.

A modern and cozy hotel just walkable distance to NTB Islamic Centre. Stay one night after a day trip to benang stokel and benang kelambu waterfalls before fly back to KL on next day. Need a good rest. This cozy hotel delivered what i need for a rest. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel.

The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay.
