Holiday Inn Express SEOUL HONGDAE by IHG

Had a great stay here. The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was spot-on. The staff were warm and attentive, and the surrounding area was quiet and comfortable, with easy access to transportation. Overall, it offered great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. My first stay was in 2019. It's been open for a while, but it's very well-maintained and clean, and the AC units have been refurbished. It was a pleasant surprise to find a room with three separate single beds this time. The location is excellent. There's a mall and a supermarket in the building, and the subway and commercial area are right downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the Hongdae commercial district. Nearby, you'll find plenty of dining options and a subway station. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. It was also generally quiet during my stay. The check-in process was efficient, and service responses were prompt. This hotel is perfectly suited for sightseeing, going out, or attending a music festival. Considering the location and amenities, I had a good overall experience and would prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Seoul.

Great location, with a mall right downstairs and the bustling Hongdae area for food, drinks, and shopping nearby. There's also Daiso, Olive Young, ABC Mart, Adidas, and other shops close by. The only downside is that the lobby is on the 7th floor and not very clearly marked, but it's large and clean.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a shopping mall downstairs, a convenience store right outside, and Hongdae street is just next door. The subway is super convenient. I always stay here whenever I visit. The room is a bit small but sufficient. Breakfast isn't great; there's not much variety, and especially during the summer with so many people, the management can't keep up, making the breakfast area messy. Everything else is great though!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's right next to a subway station, literally just a wall away on the upper floor. It's also only a one-minute walk to the pedestrian street entrance. I was worried about crowded elevators, but that wasn't an issue at all. The staff were also quite friendly. The only downsides were the very limited breakfast selection and the poor soundproofing in the rooms. There was someone stomping around upstairs – not sure which country they were from! Overall, my stay was pretty perfect.

The location is great! It's right next to Exit 5 of Hongdae Entrance Station, just take the elevator up and it's on your right. Check-in is on the 7th floor!
