Excellent! Great service, very clean. It would be even better if the mall had more entertainment options for kids. We came with children, and overall it was good!

It was very nice to be at MGM Cotai for our anniversary. The hotel is of good quality for both facilities and services and accesses a convenient location. Definitely worth a recommendation and will come back again.

The front desk staff seemed a bit new and check-in was slow. Even though I showed them my child's ID, they didn't proactively note down that we'd need amenities like slippers for the kid. I had to call down to request them after we got to the room and realized they weren't there. I wouldn't really recommend this place if you're traveling with children. On the bright side, the shopping downstairs is super convenient, and the vouchers and minibar were pretty good. Room service was excellent too. Breakfast portions were huge – I didn't realize and ordered too much, which felt a bit wasteful. Hopefully, next time they'll mention the generous sizing. The food itself tasted really good though.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very satisfied. Facilities: The hotel might be a bit old, so the facilities aren't the most modern, but thankfully everything works well. Service: The service is good; the front desk staff even gave my baby a little lion plush toy. MOP 600 F&B voucher: This was quite a good deal.

excellent service by the staff of MGM Cotai, from the reception to the front desk. Very well service by the individual restaurants staff , including the Chinese catering 淳， and 好煱。Very helpful and nice service staff, not only rendering appropriate seats and recommending delicious but suitable dishes, according to the needs of the customers. It was difficult to obtain transportation means in the morning, but the staff , namely Richard Liu of the main lobby, has spent extra efforts to call a taxi for our aged patients. Many thanks to this gentleman and his fellow workers.
