Saw housekeeping maybe twice for a week stay and when they did show up it was EARLY and woke me up. Had to take out my own trash daily. Door slamming from the hall was an annoyance. Same bits of trash/paper/toothpaste cap/plastic cutlery in the floor of the hall remained the entire time. Room lacked basic essentials like ice bucket, sugar and cream for coffee. It was OK-- but feel like it could have been much better. Better points--room was spacious, felt safe. Cups and plates provided in kitchenette was nice.

Incredibly out dated. We went out for breakfast everyday because of the quality of breakfast.
Ended leaving early because on what was going to be our final night we watched a roach scamper across the floor from the Korean to the closer (that had no hangers by the way).
This property just needs a major overhaul.
The only upside is it's proximity to lot to do in the St. Mathews area.

Lazy effort
Room was still dirty from last guest. After we requested the room to be cleaned, upon our return the floor still was not vacuumed properly. The breakfast is not worth their effort or yours and the coffee was weak.
It's obvious the employees do not like working there and it shows. Also the down stairs lobby bathroom in the middle of the day had no toilet paper, and not kept up. No class!

We needed to have safety bars for the shower and clerk suggested we get an accessible room. The shower, however, was slick as ice and the shower mechanism was very difficult to adjust. Consequently, we had water everywhere and needed multiple extra bath towels to clean up. Suggest adding safety bars in regular rooms too.
