To whom this may concern, reaching out for the 3rd time seeking assistance with the problems that occurred during our stay. The dates 8/4-8/8/2025.
My fiancé and I spoke to 2 different workers and expressed our concern with what was ongoing during our stay.
We have videos of the noise that the Wyndham staff or hired contractors were making on 3 different days. Waking us up on our supposedly relaxing vacation.
The noise was so loud it was literally shaking the walls & floor. It was early in the morning after a night out that was literally torture. Why would any establishment do this kind of renovation with guests present on a beach vacation? I will never know?
Other problems;
Cockroaches were on the transit bus that took us from our hotel to another restaurant on site.
Literally wrecked our meal, and we had to throw away our shoes and clothes, worried that the bugs would infect our luggage.
Our room smelled like urine, so we called had staff to come clean it up. The smell truly never leaves the room.
The power went out on our first night at the hotel, and we were in the pool area. It was truly a nightmare and led to a mad dash.
We wanted a truly relaxing vacation at a truly beautiful place, and we had some good times.
We have not made any bad online complaints, but if we do not hear back promptly, this will change.
I tipped very well for all the staff, regardless of the treatment we received; it was not their fault.
We are seeking some type of reimbursement for out stay.
