the Castle Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel

Stayed in a castle straight out of a fairytale! Didn't realize it was managed by Marriott, but still owned by Yifang Group. Check-in was smooth, and overall, my experience was pretty good, so five stars from me! My only minor quibble is that the hotel is a bit old and the AC wasn't great, but everything else was perfect.

Decided to check out the Castle Hotel and wasn't disappointed! The European-style architecture is really unique, and the common areas are beautifully maintained. Our butler, Lisa, provided attentive and thoughtful service. There was also a Yoyo mascot parade in the hotel lobby, which all the kids loved. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

Absolutely beautiful! The ambiance is stunning and the service is excellent. The whole place feels quite luxurious, and the staircase is gorgeous – I specifically brought a dress for photos, and it was perfect for a photoshoot. The butler was also very helpful and solved a lot of issues for us.

The room was spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise! The hallway carpets were lovely and smelled nice. The travel photography was a big letdown. We didn't order extra photos, and the three free 'retouched' photos we received were very disappointing; they Photoshopped us to look scary. It's better not to offer such poorly executed services.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the overall design perfectly matches my personal aesthetic. The environment is elegant and comfortable, and the staff's service attitude is outstanding. It's a great place to stay for a travel vacation.

The room was huge, 60 square meters, and the hotel's location was excellent with plenty of amenities. I highly recommend it for families with kids. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my 8 days in Dalian. For the price, I felt it offered great value for money. The butler who checked us in was very enthusiastic, breakfast was abundant, and the hotel's service, in particular, was exceptional.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! **Amenities:** The pool on the third floor is great for kids! The depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.6m, so remember to bring swim rings. A special note: swim caps are mandatory to enter the pool. The sky garden on the fifth floor is stunning, especially at night. It's a fantastic spot for photos, with the ocean in front and a lit-up castle behind – unbelievably beautiful! Also, the kids' play area on the fifth floor is highly recommended. When booking through Trip.com, sometimes a package includes access to the 'Kids Castle,' otherwise you'll need to buy tickets (60 for one child, 88 for one adult and one child). My child absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, and honestly, even the adults had a blast – it's that much fun! **Cleanliness:** The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Even the nooks and crannies are clean! **Environment:** The environment is beyond words; every corner is incredibly photogenic. Whether you're traveling with family and kids, as a couple, or for any other reason, it's definitely a picture-perfect destination! **Service:** I have to dedicate a bit more space to this. We booked two rooms without breakfast. The manager, seeing we had a baby, specially offered us a complimentary breakfast. Moreover, any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly and immediately! The service absolutely deserves full marks!

The hotel's decor and facilities are top-notch. The grand castle is luxurious, and the attention to detail is superb – it's truly the ultimate indoor family hotel. **Location:** It's conveniently located near Xinghai Square, the Forest Zoo, and Sunasia Ocean World. Taxis are readily available. Our room offered stunning sea views, including the cross-sea bridge. We could even catch the bridge's light show and the sunset roller coaster from our window – truly amazing scenery. **Hotel Service:** The staff were all friendly and smart, especially with children, showing great kindness and enthusiasm. The day before check-in, knowing I was traveling with a child, a butler proactively messaged me on WeChat to ask about our needs. They prepared the room in advance and even gave us a free upgrade to a higher-floor sea-view room. All the kids' amenities and facilities were ready. The hotel's indoor kids' play area is quite spacious, and our child loved it, wanting to go many times a day. Our butler, Bella, was incredibly dedicated, almost always available on call no matter the time, helping me with many of the inconveniences of traveling with a child. We're very grateful.

I've wanted to stay at this castle hotel ever since I visited Dalian eight years ago, and I finally got my wish after all these years. The hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, making it super pleasant to stroll around in the evening while enjoying the sea breeze. The Sky Garden on the 5th floor is perfect for photos, and the fact that you need a room card to enter means it's never too crowded, which is a great perk for guests.
