Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel

First off, this palace is breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly photogenic! The service was great—very warm and welcoming. As for the room, it definitely has an overall vintage, historic feel. I specifically booked this room type because it comes with a walk-in shower. During my stay, even when it poured rain, it wasn't creepy like an old European castle as some other reviews suggested; I thought it was totally fine. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, leaning more towards Western tastes. It is definitely worth experiencing for a night!

The location is super convenient, right on the shores of Xuan Huong Lake, offering an expansive view and stunning scenery. The hotel decoration is elegant and exquisite, and both the afternoon tea and breakfast are rich and delicious. Sitting on the restaurant balcony, enjoying great food while taking in the beautiful view is extremely relaxing and comfortable. PS: When I was choosing a hotel at first, I hesitated because it's over a hundred years old, fearing it might be outdated and uncomfortable, but I just couldn't give it up. After staying here, I realized I made the absolute right choice. This hotel made my trip to Da Lat even more perfect.

The hotel environment is beautiful and not far from the city center, about a ten-minute walk. However, the hotel is really old, the room is small, and the lighting isn't great. There's no charging port by the bed, which is quite inconvenient.

Staying at a 100-year-old palace hotel, the location is excellent, right next to Xiangchun Lake. Everything here exudes a sense of French historical charm. The lake view room, in particular, is absolutely stunning. Plus, there's a complimentary afternoon tea with a wide variety of options.

The hotel view is beautiful. The rooms are clean. The location is close to the market, within walking distance.

The palace is absolutely stunning, and the service is exceptionally good. The concierge was proactive in helping with luggage and more. The location is also excellent. It definitely deserves its five-star rating. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at throughout our trip to Vietnam, but it was absolutely worth it.
