Great facilities - sauna, steam room and cold and hot dip pool. Swimming pool is outdoor only. Room cleaning is top notch!

Stayed here for a wedding, and it was very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the several Chen Cheng-po paintings on display are a wonderful touch!

I had an event at the hotel the next morning, so I checked in the night before to avoid rushing. The overall experience was excellent, truly living up to its five-star reputation. It's a shame I was only there for the event, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or gym, which felt like a bit of a waste of money, haha. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

Very satisfied, it's excellent! This is a great hotel in Taiwan. Whenever I go to Taipei, it's always my top choice along with the Mandarin Oriental. The location here is quite good, there's an ATM downstairs, and plenty of nice restaurants on the third floor.
